The online LTC portion can be complete at the leisure of the individual, but why. The online portion of the LTC can be completed self-paced when you have some free time. The Texas License to Carry (LTC) is a 2-part process with online LTC and proficiency LTC. We live in Texas and since the Concealed Carry went away and now Texas has the License to Carry (LTC), and the online portion can be completed fairly quickly, during the week. The proficiency portion of the LTC can then be scheduled for after work or on the weekend. The LTC is great investment in our right to bear arms and since Texas DPS tracks the number of LTC holders (just like driver’s licenses), the more LTC holders the better.
